• Professional-grade charting module:  The Infront charting module has been overhauled for Infront 5.2.  Improved performance, better usability and new features enable users to create technical analyses that look great and help them make better investment decisions.
• Adaptive, dynamic search: Searching for instruments in the Infront terminal is now faster and more accurate than ever before.  Search results now appear dynamically as-you-type, and a ranking system works behind the scenes to ensure that you find what you’re actually looking for, faster.
• New trading functionality: Users now have the option of displaying consolidated feed data in Order and Click trading windows – giving a more complete overview of the market when trading.  Pairs trading is also available via supporting brokers.
• Video help: Users can now press F4 when working in the Infront terminal to view context-sensitive instructional videos.  Videos are now available for most major windows in the terminal, with more videos to be added in future releases.

Out-of-the-box electronic trading solution in a flash

In exchange for a modest fee, brokers participating in the Infront Connect Pilot program get a fully functional test trading solution connected to their FIX environment – rapidly implemented and securely hosted by Infront.  The Infront Connect Pilot package includes the following:

27 January 2012 – Infront is set to co-host the first Warsaw International Trading Seminar, taking place on 16 February in the centre of Warsaw, Poland.  Presented in cooperation with Eurex – one of the world’s leading derivatives exchanges – the event will gather leaders from Polish financial institutions to focus on important issues related to accessing international markets:

There will be a parallel dissemination of index updates for all new and old indices affected by the migration from GICS to ICS between 9 January and 1 February.

Upgrade to 5.1 required

Effective 1 Feb 2012, Infront customers are required to run version 5.1 or newer of the Infront terminal to see sectors correctly on NASDAQ OMX data. The current GICS classification will remain visible in previous Infront terminal versions, but will not be supported as of February 1st.  Download Infront 5.1
